Hydraulic Backpack Elevator 3
The car is lifted and lowered by hydraulic oil driving the piston. It features a simple structure, strong load-bearing capacity, stable operation, and low installation cost.

Speed & Load Capacity
Rated speed: ≤ 0.25 m/s
Car travel distance: ≤ 12 m
Rated load capacity: ≤ 400 kg
Door Opening Methods
There are mainly two types: manual sliding doors and automatic doors.
Manual sliding doors are structurally similar to ordinary doors, equipped with an interlocking door lock device.
Automatic doors are protected by double layers of car doors and hall doors. Over 95% of villa elevators adopt side-opening automatic doors for space-saving and easy operation.
Safety Devices & Components
Ultra-quiet Pump Station
An ultra-quiet pump station with no jolts, ensuring an overall quieter and more comfortable experience. It comes with a built-in frequency converter and adopts a low-noise hydraulic pump.
Car Light Curtain
High-end safety light curtain with 199 beams. If any part of the device is obstructed during operation, the car door will stop closing and reverse to open immediately.
Landing Door Electromagnetic Lock
It automatically locks during operation and opens when the elevator stops at a floor. The device will not run if the landing door is not closed, avoiding any minor safety accidents.
Travel Limit Switch
When the elevator reaches a preset height, the travel limit switch will be triggered, and the elevator will stop running after smooth parking.
Power-off Protection When Door Opens
The power-off protection will be activated when the elevator door opens, preventing the elevator from continuing to lift or lower.
Backup Power Supply
In case of sudden power failure during operation, the elevator will activate its built-in backup power supply. The control system enables the elevator to use the emergency valve descent device and park at the nearest floor or the first floor, ensuring no entrapment.
Component Upgrade
All components are reinforced and thickened for stronger load-bearing capacity, making the elevator run more smoothly and safely.
Safety Gear
In case of emergencies, the safety gear can lock the elevator instantly within 0.5 seconds to stop operation, achieving double protection and ensuring no elevator free fall under any potential danger. It serves as a life-saving device—each elevator is equipped with two safety gears, similar to seat belts in cars. If the steel belts break suddenly, it will lock the elevator instantly and clamp the car tightly on the guide rails to prevent falling.
Ten-core Steel Belts
The elevator uses neither wire ropes nor chains, but special ten-core steel belts dedicated for elevator use. These are blue-light steel belts composed of 10 steel strips with reinforced rubber strips casted in between. Each single steel belt can bear a tensile force of 43 kN, and the steel belts are traceable per meter length. Every elevator steel belt is provided with a test qualification certificate.
